What it is
Clay has been used on the peninsula for centuries to care for the skin. During the ritual it is applied to the body, left to rest and rinsed off with water. Then comes the massage. You walk in barefoot and leave without hurry: it is a slow treatment, not an express service.
When to book it
- After a day at sea: your skin will appreciate a pause. If you got sunburned, mention it when booking; the menu also includes an after sun massage.
- Mid-afternoon: the spa is open from 9:00 to 18:00, and the light under the trees is softer after 15:00.
